It is compulsory to contact the Travellers’ Points of Entry, made by the owner/authorized person on behalf of the owner and not by the air company, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (at least 48 hours before the arrival), in order to avoid any inconvenient, namely the prohibition of the entry of the animals due to non-compliance with the health rules laid down.

IT CAN NOT BE ANALYZED IN DUE TIME DOCUMENTATION SENT TO OTHER ADDRESSES. AVOID DIFFICULTIES TO THE ENTRY OF YOUR ANIMALS.
