Where the food supplement contains food additives in its composition, the operator shall check whether they are discriminated against in REG. No. 1333/2008, as it identifies the additives that may be added to food supplements and their conditions of use.
Food supplements which do not comply with the Regulation referred to in the previous subparagraph may not enter the Community.
